Typical projects are started by innovative companies and people looking to combine design & technologies; from Internet-of-Things, Artificial Intelligence, Big data and Block chain. Typical companies are innovation focused corporates, fast-paced & disruptive businesses, and startup & funded SME's with a desire to benefit from an experienced perspective on how to create winning products and services - let me be that perspective.

Method towards pricing and delivering of finished work.

Typical Projects are a combination of the above, where most follow the 70% WorkFlow, 20% IP WorkFlow, 10% Architecture WorkFlow Rule. All projects are custom.

For Simple Projects

A small project is one that requires less than 15 hours of time, billed at my current production rate.

1. We talk about what you want to do. We define what we can make that will do the job.
   
   

2. We tell you how many hours it will take, in increments of 1-2 hours per feature. The hourly rate is used to estimate the project cost.
   
   

3. You complete a deposit, typically 25% to 50% of the total estimated cost.
   
   

4. I do the work, and deliver to it for approval. If you like it, you pay the rest of the payment due. Otherwise, we figure out what needs to happen to make it right.
   
   

5. Upon receipt of final payment, you receive all the materials and associated rights produced for your archives and use.
   
   

A typical small project would be a concept design, innovation review, component design work, architecture core design block, or something like a sounding board session of two hours, which includes a write-up of the conversation plus a brief.
