My interests and areas of focus here centre on interaction, and combinations; mostly focused on solving human-environment interface problems, such as agency and data-enrichment feedback.

I developed a novel approach using machine learning and agent training that abstracts the low-level mechanics of AI-Agent Interaction, so that subject matter experts, regardless of AI aptitude, can specify and train there autonomous systems to accomplish AI-Agent participation.

In my opinion, great teams starts with the individual. In the hiring process, or onboarding for joining existing teams; I make a point to walk each member through the personal goal journey, determining individual motivations, directions, goals and phases within their career path.
These each have a clue in how to best motivate the human and to motivate the team together. From years of experience, managing over 200+ staff; plus nearly 90 interns, i’ve built a management style and approach that works for me.

In my opinion, great teams starts with the individual. In the hiring process, or onboarding for joining existing teams; I make a point to walk each member through the personal goal journey, determining individual motivations, directions, goals and phases within their career path.
These each have a clue in how to best motivate the human and to motivate the team together. From years of experience, managing over 200+ staff; plus nearly 90 interns, i’ve built a management style and approach that works for me.

I favour structured growth plans, 90 and 180 day plans; integrated and healthy HR practices, skill & training investment, performance based incentives, great team atmosphere, clear directions, and clear feedback. I use an open door policy to guide and promote good team dynamics.
